one rule : your guardian or parent must be with you during the run or at the start/finish !!

August is a tough month for motivation. Theres one way to keep motivated though !
Alien vs Yeti !!!

each day during August you will have a choice -the Alien way (professional running coach ) or the Yeti way !!!

You choose what path to take each day.
will you run 7 miles or get kicked out of a pool hall ?

No matter what you choose , you will receive a custom running hat and some other stuff.

Record your 25k time at the end of the month and raise a little hell !!
