Hi PBU Runners!
We’re excited to share two great updates for the 2025 Paradise Backyard Ultra:
1?? Expanded Field Size: We’ve increased the field size to 200 participants, giving even more runners the chance to join us for an unforgettable race experience.
2?? Partial Refunds Available: For those already registered but unable to run, we’re offering partial refunds of $60 during the month of January.
To request a refund, please send us a message on Facebook or email us at paradisebackyardultra@gmail.com. Be sure to include the email address where we can send the e-transfer.
We can’t wait to see you at the starting line (or cheer you on next time). Thanks for being part of our amazing trail running community!

We are now a Bronze Ticket Event! The PBU will take place Saturday May 24th @ 9:00 AM

PBU Merchandise
Hello PBU Participants, Volunteers and Fans!
Once again we are now able to offer custom, made to order, PBU t-shirts and hats available for purchase at the Outfitters Online Shop.
Orders from The Outfitters and Augusta Sportswear will be placed periodically as minimum quantities are reached, leading up to and after the 2025 Paradise Backyard Ultra!

Since this is a non for profit event (with any proceeds being donated to the East Coast Trail Association and a charity of the choice by the Town of Paradise), we kept the registration costs down as low as possible... enough to cover the race basics (race insurance, bibs, timing, first aid, security.. etc) - but wanted to offer participants and the general public an opportunity to buy a hat or t-shirt. Again, these products have no markups to keep costs down. For the shirts, we also are offering the option to add your name to the back at no extra charge (look for the field to fill out when selecting your shirt size and placing your order).
We are planning to do Multiple Orders. Please place your order by March 31st to give us enough time to get the gear in for race day; and we will also offer another deadline shortly after the race - for people who decide they may have missed out and want a piece of history.
