Join the Bayou Endurance Challenge and compete ANYWHERE on July 25-27, 2025, a 72-hour virtual running event with a flexible distance goal, whether it be a few miles, or an ultramarathon distance. Free registration, optional donations to the American Cancer Society.
Participant Experience:
Seamless registration with a confirmation email from founders Rafe Blades and Ben Gros.
Simple distance tracking instructions using preferred fitness apps/treadmill screen/devices.
Share achievements on a communal platform with the hashtag #BayouEnduranceChallenge.

How to Participate:
1.Register
2.Choose your course: trail, neighborhood, or treadmill.
3. Run/walk at your pace and distance on July 25 Race officially starts at 12am and ends at 11:59pm July 27 (share your journey with #BayouEnduranceChallenge).
4. Be sure to record your distance on a device/watch/treadmill screen etc.
5. Once you finish send your distance to the email rafeblades19@gmail.com.
Rankings: Easy... The farther you go, the higher you rank.

In Loving Memory of Sharon Blades & Ronnie Cooper:
The charitable giving initiative is particularly poignant as it is dedicated in loving memory of Rafe Blades' grandmother, Sharon Blades. & Ben Gros grandpa, Ronnie Cooper who both bravely faced and fought cancer. Sharon and Ronnies' spirit and resilience have left an indelible mark on the Bayou Endurance Challenge, inspiring us to direct our collective efforts toward supporting the American Cancer Society.
