2025 Pigtails Run - 20 Years Running!
This is the 20th year this race has been running! Come join the celebration either in person or virtual. We love seeing you achieve success and having fun along the way. It's a beautiful course along the river and through the woods, to get your piggy medal!

As stated on the website, this isn't the best course for your first 50K, there is little support and the weather can get nasty. Usually the people who do try for their first 50k will drop to a lesser distance or they will come in 2 hours past the cut off. The cut off is strictly 2:30pm. This is for your safety and our sanity.
If you take the early start for this 50K race you have 8 hours to finish. This means you have to maintain a 15 min per mile pace. If you come through the main aid to turnaround after 11:30am you will not be allowed to go back out. Please consider this when signing up.
