Entry is Free!
This race is free to all Birmingham Track Club Members.
Just fill out the registration form and you are entered. For your entry fee of $000.00 you will receive a quality race shirt from Mountain High Outfitters to the first 200 registered runners, awards to 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall in all three race distances, ultra style aid stations, a free cookout following the races, lots of adult re-hydration drinks and a lot of fun. Just in case you are not familiar with what adult re-hydration drinks, you may choose any or all, cokes, water,Gatorade and BEER!
If you are not currently a member of the Birmingham Track Club go the the BTC website and join. It only costs $24 per year for individual membership and $36 for families. You can't register for a race any cheaper than that.
The Races
The Short Race:
This race is about 4 miles in length and has a minimal amount of elevation gain and relatively easy trails to run. The course will be different from last year’s race and will take runners through a unique area of the park that many of you will have never seen.
The Medium Distance Race: About 7 miles.
The Long Race:14 Miles
