Races Distances: 42K (marathon) $75
25K (16 miles) $55
Time Limit: 42K 8 hours (18:00 pace)
25K 5 hours (18:45 pace)
Post race food, (to be determined) also including various sugar laden goodies will be available after the event to all runners.
Timing and results will be handled by Capital City Road Race Management. We will be using bib timing chips for athlete timing.
All courses will be well marked with colored ribbon, signs and marking chalk.
Aid stations will be stocked with water, electrolyte drink, gels, chips and salt pills.
No dogs are allowed to run in the race.

Description
