This September, join MedicForce at Tsali Recreation Area for this off-road triathlon that will leave you (and your team) jonesin' to come back again next year.
3-mile paddle, 5-mile run, 13-mile bike
The Course:
- 3-mile paddle, circumnavigating Bear Island on Lake Fontana
- 5-mile run, on Tsali's Right Loop
- 12-mile bike, on Tsali's Mouse Branch and Thompson Trails
