Information

The 8th Annual Caloosahatchee Ultra, now Caloosa Fest Ultra, 100k, 50k and Keith Carlton Memorial 25k is going to be bigger and better this year. We are adding two 5Ks and we will have food trucks and vendors on site for a full day of endurance athlete fun.

The ultra races will be ran on an exciting 10.5 mile loop counterclockwise on varying terrain with beautiful views, rolling hills and some tough technical stretches in Caloosahatchee Regional Park. The course will run the perimeter of the North side along Green, Black and Blue trails. Tailwind Nutrition will be providing the electrolyte drink for all runners. There will be two aid stations in this race. There will be a mini Aid Station out at the entrance to Far East with water to help get you back to the main Aid Station. Park has a no alcohol/no dogs policy, please abide by the park rules so that we can continue to have events like this at Lee County facilities.

Awards

Awards will be giving to the top three female and male finishers for each race.

25K and 50K Aid Stations:
Main aid station will be stocked with the essentials: (water, tailwind, fruit, snacks, sunscreen, etc). This will be a cupless race and we will provide all participants with a flexible/folding race day cup.
Mini aid station will have water, electrolyte tabs and a very limited amount of snacks and nutrition.
We will have a dedicated space for people to set up canopy tents for crewing out of near the start and finish line. Vehicles will be park away from the start and finish line.

Mandatory Gear:
-All 25K and 50K participants must carry a hydration system of some kind.
-25K, 50K and 5K glow run participants must have a head lamp. It will be dark and the trails are rugged, if you don't have a head lamp when the sun goes down you will not be allowed to continue.
-We highly recommend a back up light source for the head lamp like a flashlight.
-We highly recommend having a red light attached to your hydration pack or the back of your shirt.

Due to the cancelation of the Adventure Races we will not have a food truck vendor on site.

Parking:
All parking will be inside the Mountain Bike Park, we will be there to guide you to the locations. The parking is on grass near the trails. If you plan to have a tent or canopy on site to crew out of there will be a dedicated space for this near the start line.
