Course Description
Participants in the 5K will enjoy a gorgeous downhill route that begins just past the bridge on Mill Creek Road—approximately a mile after the pavement ends. Runners will board a shuttle bus at Cove Ascension School starting at 7:00 AM, with the final departure at 7:15 AM sharp to ensure an 8:00 AM race start. Once dropped off, runners walk a short distance uphill to the starting line, where they’ll take off down a fast, scenic course that winds back into the town of Cove and finishes at the Ascension School.
Prefer to stay close to home? The 1 Mile Fun Run kicks off at 9:00 AM and loops through the Ascension School’s beautiful trails, offering a safe and enjoyable course for kids, beginners, and walkers alike.
Important Logistics
There are no bathrooms at the 5K start line, so please plan accordingly before boarding the bus. Participants are asked to respect all private property near the course. For a detailed look at the route, visit the course map on the Run With Purpose Racing website.
